If you love Labneh  spread as much as we do than get ready to fall deeper in love. Our mama has been making this salad and serving it for breakfast along side Mishtah {مشطاح} or fresh pita bread for as long as we can remember.  A salad that is so simple to make you’ll wonder why you’ve never thought of it yourself.

We have developed a recipe for this salad based on our mama’s way, but please don’t be restricted by the vegetables we have used. We encourage you to get creative and use whatever you have at hand!

Labneh Salad {سلطة لبنة}

Labneh salad takes the creamy, tangy yogurt spread and adds a fresh twist. The best part is you can add whichever vegetables you have in your fridge. Lebanese labneh salad is a must-add to your breakfast staples. Spread on toast or mishtah, or eat with fresh pita bread.
